企业思想政治工作的实质就是群众工作,目的是化解矛盾,理顺职工情绪,凝聚职工人心,调动职工的积极性、主动性和创造性。工会作为党密切联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,担负着做好职工思想政治工作、维护企业稳定大局的任务。在建筑施工企业不断发展的情况下,职工的自主意识,参与意识,法制观念等明显增强,同时,市场经济某些负面效应的影响,也不可避免地影响到职工的思想,主要表现为工作态度不端正,不能充分认识到自身责任等。可见为使得建筑企业能稳定的发展,必须更加有效的开展职工思想政治工作。
