根据与经济的相关程度,城市功能区分为经济功能区和非经济功能区。经济功能区有较强的经济发展能力和聚集扩散能力,在城市或更大区域的产业协作体系中占据重要位置,满足城市、区域乃至全球化的经济功能需求。按照主导产业不同,经济功能区可分为工业区、商务区、商业区和旅游区等。非经济功能区是指行政区、住宅区等无经济产出的聚集区域。
According to the degree of correlation with the economy, urban functions are divided into economic functional zones and non-economic functional zones. Economic functional areas have strong economic development capabilities and agglomeration and diffusion capabilities. They occupy an important position in the industrial cooperation system in cities or larger regions and meet the economic functional needs of cities, regions, and even globalization. According to different leading industries, economic functional areas can be divided into industrial areas, business areas, commercial areas and tourist areas. Non-economic functional areas refer to administrative areas, residential areas, and other non-economically concentrated areas.
