四川大西洋集团公司的前身是中国电焊条厂,1950年建于上海,是我国第一家焊接材料生产企业。1969年作为与国家三线建设重点能源、装备重型企业配套的焊接材料基地企业,由上海内迁到四川省自贡市,更名为自贡中国电焊条厂。1995年被四川省人民政府确定为80户现代企业制度试点企业之一。1996年9月改制为国有独资公司——四川大西洋集团公司。1997年3月,被四川省人民政府确定为重点支持发展的37户扩张型企业之一。公司具有较强的科研开发、试验检测、产品制造能力,主要生产电焊条、焊丝、焊剂三大类,八个系列,200佘个品种,800多个规格的产品,有20多个新产品荣获国家、部、省、市科技成果奖,多项产品填补我国焊接材料生产空白。公司在80年代初引进了瑞士奥林康公司的专有设备和专有技术,拥有各种实验设备和90年代国际先进水平的X荧光光谱和直读光谱分析仪,工艺装备精良、检测手段完善。产品全部采用国际标准,主导产品经中、英、美、法、德、挪威六国船检机构质量认可。公司的“大西洋”注册商标是我国焊材行业第一个注册
Sichuan Atlantic Group’s predecessor was China Welding Electrode Factory. Built in 1950 in Shanghai, it was China’s first welding material manufacturer. In 1995, it was identified as one of the pilot enterprises of 80 modern enterprise systems by the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government. In September 1996, it was restructured into a wholly state-owned company, Sichuan Atlantic Group Corporation. In March 1997, it was identified by the Sichuan Provincial People’s Government as one of the 37 expansion-oriented enterprises that supported the development. The company has strong scientific research and development, testing and testing, product manufacturing capabilities, mainly produces three categories of welding electrodes, welding wire, flux, eight series, 200 varieties, more than 800 specifications of the product, more than 20 new products won National, ministerial, provincial, and municipal science and technology achievement awards, a number of products to fill gaps in China’s welding material production. In the early 1980s, the company introduced proprietary equipment and know-how from the Swiss company Aolincome, which owns a variety of experimental equipment and X-ray fluorescence and direct-reading spectrometers at the international advanced level in the 1990s. The technology is sophisticated and the detection methods are perfect. . All products adopt international standards, and the leading products have been approved by the quality inspection authorities of China, England, the United States, France, Germany, and Norway. The company’s “Atlantic” registered trademark is the first registered in China’s welding consumables industry.
