高考改革难的原因之一,是由于对高考的本性认识不清,将高考这种纯粹的教育性活动,变成了集很多社会职责于一身的社会性活动,扭曲了高考的性质。之二是由于受趋利避害的功利主义意识浸染太深,对高考改革缺乏决心和诚意。高考改革的目标为脱去“社会性”的外衣,恢复教育性的本来面目,使其回归为单纯的学生升学考试。为降低高考改革成本和少走弯路,学习和借鉴国外成熟的高考经验和方式,不失为一种理性的选择。
