随着科技飞速进步和企业之间竞争加剧,对石油生产提出了严峻的挑战。石油企业要想在激烈的竞争中求生存、谋发展,不仅要在研发、销售、制造上寻找改进点,而且也需要在物流采购上挖掘潜力。采购作为企业的第三利润源正发挥越来越大的作用。如何做好石油企业的保供服务,是值得思考和探讨的一个话题。基于此,本文分析并找出了石油企业采购管理中存在的问题和不足,针对这些问题探讨并提出了采购管理创新的思路与对策。
With the rapid technological progress and intensified competition among enterprises, it poses a severe challenge to oil production. If oil companies want to survive and develop in the fierce competition, they should not only look for improvement points in research and development, sales and manufacturing, but also tap potential in logistics procurement. Purchasing as the third source of profits for enterprises is playing an increasingly important role. How to do a good job in the oil company to provide services, it is worth considering and discussion of a topic. Based on this, this paper analyzes and finds out the problems and shortcomings in the purchasing management of petroleum enterprises, probes into these problems and puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of purchasing management innovation.
