大班幼儿教师建构游戏指导现状研究

为了解大班幼儿教师建构游戏指导水平的现状,本研究采用问卷调查法对大班幼儿教师建构游戏指导现状进行了调查。研究发现,幼儿园各班组织建构游戏频率较低,单次进行建构游戏时间较短,教师对于大班幼儿建构技能水平不太了解,且在示范方式上没有给幼儿提供适宜的建构游戏示范方式。因此,本文就教师应提高组织建构游戏的频率,延长儿童单次建构游戏的时间,鼓励教师组织幼儿进行大型的户外建构活动,丰富大班幼儿教师建构技能水平的知识进行研究。 In order to find out the status quo of kindergarten teachers constructing the instructional level of the game, this study investigated the current situation of the guidance of kindergarten teachers in the construction of the big kindergarten by questionnaire. The study found that kindergarten organizations organize the game less frequently, the time to construct the game is shorter, the teachers do not know much about the skill level of the children in the big class, and the model does not give the children an appropriate way to construct the game. Therefore, in this paper, teachers should improve the frequency of organizing the construction of the game, extend the time of children’s single construction games, encourage teachers to organize young children to carry out large-scale outdoor construction activities, and enrich the knowledge of the construction skill level of the kindergarten teachers.
