目的:探讨基层医院质量管理有效方法和效果。方法:在具体工作开展中,建立完善的医院管理制度和考评标准,在重视业务培训的同时,明确发展目标,并采取有效措施保证各部门之间协调发展。结果:质量管理后,我院的危重患者治疗、基础护理、病历写作和医护人员理论及实操水平均高于质量管理前,P<0.05。结论:开展有效的医院质量管理工作能够提高医院的护理管理质量,增强医护人员的质量管理意识,进而提高基层医院的服务水平。
Objective: To explore effective methods and effects of quality management in primary hospitals. Methods: In the specific work to be carried out, the establishment of a sound hospital management system and evaluation criteria, while focusing on business training, clear development goals, and take effective measures to ensure the coordinated development of various departments. Results: After quality management, the treatment of patients with critical illness, basic nursing, medical record writing and the theoretical and practical levels of medical staff in our hospital were all higher than those before quality control (P <0.05). Conclusion: To carry out effective hospital quality management can improve the quality of nursing management in hospitals and enhance the awareness of quality management among medical staff, so as to further improve the service level in primary hospitals.
