目的:探究孕期营养评价及干预对妊娠结局的影响。方法:针对40例孕妇实施常规的孕期指导(对照组),针对另外40例孕妇进行孕期营养评价,并实施孕期营养干预(观察组);观察两组妊娠结局并做一对比分析,本次研究时间为2015年3月到2017年1月。结果:观察组妊娠结局好于对照组,即各项不良事件的发生率均较低,其中观察组产后出血比例为5.0%低于对照组的12.5%,观察组新生儿窒息比例为0低于对照组的12.5%,P<0.05则说明差异明显。结论:孕期营养评价及相关干预措施的实施,能够改善母婴结局,减少出血或新生儿窒息等不良事件的发生,因此值得临床借鉴使用。
Objective: To investigate nutritional assessment during pregnancy and the impact of intervention on pregnancy outcome. Methods: Forty pregnant women were given routine guidance during pregnancy (control group). Another 40 pregnant women were evaluated for nutrition during pregnancy and nutritional intervention during pregnancy (observation group). The pregnancy outcome was observed and compared between the two groups. This study From March 2015 until January 2017. Results: The outcome of pregnancy in observation group was better than that in control group, that is, the incidence of adverse events were all lower. The postpartum hemorrhage rate in observation group was 5.0% lower than that in control group, the rate of neonatal asphyxia in observation group was 0 12.5% of the control group, P <0.05 indicates significant differences. Conclusion: The assessment of nutrition during pregnancy and the related interventions can improve the maternal and infant outcomes and reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as hemorrhage or neonatal asphyxia. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical reference.
