目的建立HPLC法检查对氨基水杨酸钠中间氨基酚的方法。方法以十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂,以0.05mol/L磷酸氢二钠-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钠-甲醇(425:425:150,其中加入1.9克四丁基氢氧化铵)为流动相,检测波长为280nm。结果间氨基酚的线性范围为0.604~7.248ug/ml(r=0.9998),定量限与检测限分别为3.6ng和1.2ng,回收率为99.90%,RSD=0.81%(n=6)。结论本方法可用于检查对氨基水杨酸钠中的间氨基酚,方法简单、准确。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of sodium aminosalicylate. Methods The octadecyl-bonded silica gel was used as a filler, and 0.05mol / L sodium hydrogen phosphate-0.05mol / L sodium dihydrogen phosphate-methanol (425: 425: 150, 1.9g tetrabutylammonium hydroxide Mobile phase, detection wavelength of 280nm. Results The linear range of aminophenol was 0.604-7.248ug / ml (r = 0.9998). The limits of quantitation and detection were 3.6ng and 1.2ng, respectively. The recovery was 99.90% and the RSD was 0.81% (n = 6). Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of m-aminophenol in sodium p-aminosalicylate. The method is simple and accurate.
