在工程中,滚子链链板几何形状是多种多样的,不仅半径R、节距P、腰宽L等尺寸有很大差别,而且周边的几何形状也不尽相同,如直边链板、“∞”形链板、多边形链板等。实践表明同一种规格(即半径R、节距P相同)的链板,当周边几何形状不同时,其加工成本、制模费用、加工难易程度以及应力分布规律、变形大小等因素都是不同的。本文仅介绍通过有限元法的计算分析,对链板周边的合理几何形状进行一些探讨,供滚子链设计参考。

This article only introduces the calculation and analysis of the finite element method, and discusses some reasonable geometric shapes around the chain plate for roller chain design reference.
