目的:探讨小儿高原性肺水肿合并纵隔积气的X线表现及临床病理特点。方法:对2例小儿高原肺水肿合并纵隔积气在发病时间、诱因、临床表现及胸部X线进行观察分析。结果:2例均表现为弥漫型肺水肿,病变分布对称伴随单侧颈肩部及纵隔旁少量线条状透亮影,复查胸片阴影消失时间快。结论:胸部X线检查对明确诊断具有决定性的意义,它反应了病变发展的程度与阶段,对咳嗽剧烈、呼吸困难的患儿要高度警惕纵隔及皮下气肿的发生。
Objective: To investigate the X-ray findings and clinicopathological features of pediatric high altitude pulmonary edema complicated with mediastinal gas. Methods: The incidence, inducement, clinical manifestations and chest X-ray of 2 cases of pulmonary edema complicated with mediastinal pneumonitis in children were observed and analyzed. Results: The two cases showed diffuse pulmonary edema. Symptomatic lesion was accompanied by a small amount of linear translucent shadow beside the neck and shoulder and mediastinum. The disappearance time of chest shadow was fast. Conclusion: The chest X-ray examination is of decisive significance for the definite diagnosis. It reflects the degree and stage of the disease development. It is highly vigilant to the mediastinal and subcutaneous emphysema in children with severe cough and dyspnea.
