王笃清,1959年出生于杭州,著名黄杨木雕艺术家王凤柞“四子,大专学历,高级工艺美术师,浙江省工艺美术大师,浙江省工艺美术研究所有限公司总经理,《浙江工艺美术》杂志副王编,中国工艺美术学会雕塑专业委员会会员,中国民间文艺家协会会员,杭州师范大学”钱江学院“兼职教授。2010年5月,在中国民间文艺家协会组织下,王笃清代表黄杨木雕领域参加中韩建交三十周年——中国文化月)活动,并被授予中韩文化交流特别贡献奖和韩国南怡岛荣誉市民身份。
