组织的职业生涯管理于20世纪70年代始于欧美等国,是现代企业人力资源管理的重要内容之一,是企业引进人才、发展人才的重要举措之一。面对日益激烈的市场竞争环境,电力安装多经企业应如何实施职业生涯管理,将组织优势转化为人才优势,达到企业和员工双赢的目的。本文以L公司为例,结合职业生涯管理理论,分析电力安装企业实施职业生涯管理的必要性与实施要点。
