目的 :CD44分子是多种细胞表面的跨膜糖蛋白。有研究表明其变异型如含V6、V8~10 外显子的变异型表达增加与大肠癌进展转移有关。进一步探讨大肠癌组织表达的上皮源性亚型与造血源性亚型之比(E/H)与肿瘤转移等临床资料间的关系。方法 :应用逆转录、多聚酶链反应和Southern杂交技术、检测26例大肠癌患者癌组织和正常大肠粘膜组织CD44 mRNA表达 ,以上皮源性亚型与造血源性亚型之比(E/H)定量。结果 :E/H值癌组织明显高于相应正常粘膜组织 ,但未发现与肿瘤转移、浸润深度等临床资料有关。结论 :CD44上皮源性亚型mRNA在大肠癌组织中表达明显增高 ,E/H值与大肠肿瘤进展转移无明显相关性。上皮源性亚型在肿瘤进展转移中的作用有待深入研究。
Purpose: CD44 molecules are transmembrane glycoproteins on a variety of cell surfaces. Studies have shown that its variants, such as containing V6, V8 ~ 10 mutant exon expression increased with the progress of metastasis of colorectal cancer. To further explore the relationship between epithelial and hematopoietic subtype (E / H) expression in colorectal cancer tissues and clinical data such as tumor metastasis. Methods: The expression of CD44 mRNA in 26 cases of colorectal cancer and normal colorectal mucosa was detected by reverse transcription, polymerase chain reaction and Southern hybridization. Results: The E / H value of the cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of the corresponding normal mucosa, but no correlation was found with clinical data such as tumor metastasis and depth of invasion. Conclusion: The expression of CD44 epithelial-derived subtype mRNA in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal colorectal carcinoma. There was no significant correlation between E / H and the progression of colorectal neoplasm. The role of epithelial-derived subtypes in tumor progression needs to be further studied.
