用微型计算机实现晶体管直流参数的自动测试分类的关键是如何充分利用计算机的软件功能设计高性能的测试电路以及实现分类机的准确可靠定位。这里介绍一种采用微机的晶体管总测分类仪,其测试分类精度优于0.5%,测试速度平均每个参数小于120ms。分类机的执行机构采用步进电机,并用光电定位检测的闭环控制,从而收到满意的效果。
The key to the automatic classification test of the transistor DC parameters by the microcomputer is how to make full use of the software functions of the computer to design a high performance test circuit and realize the accurate and reliable positioning of the classification machine.
