糖尿病现已成为威胁人类健康的重大社会疾病,如何控制血糖水平,减轻并发症和提高个人自理能力,是全社会都十分关注的热点问题。·药理学研究表明:桑叶多糖具有显著的降血糖作用[2],但其结合运动对糖尿病大鼠睾丸组织氧化应激的影响和作用机理尚未见报道.本文将自制桑叶粗多糖灌胃给经链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠,并结合睾丸组织SOD、MDA测定,探讨桑叶粗多糖抗糖尿病作用及其对睾丸组织氧化应激的影响,为进一步开发利用桑叶多糖积累有益的实验资料。
