由于医院信息的复杂性,加诸近年来科学管理的深入发展,对医疗统计指标的多样性、实用性、精密性的要求愈来愈高。很多情况还没有合适的指标可以反映事物的实质,这就要求人们去改革和充实医疗统计指标体系。在以往的工作实践中,由于评价的需要,相对指标和平均指标层出不穷,但归根结底均来自原始数据,而原始数据毕竟是有限的,只要抓住原始数据分类这一主要矛盾,相对指标和平均指标就可以灵活地组合应用。所以本文以讨论原始数据分类为重点,以探索完善指标体系的途径。
Due to the complexity of hospital information and the in-depth development of scientific management in recent years, the requirements for the diversity, practicality, and precision of medical statistical indicators have become higher and higher. In many cases, there are no suitable indicators to reflect the essence of things. This requires people to reform and enrich the medical statistics index system. In previous work practices, due to the need for evaluation, relative indicators and average indicators emerged in an endless stream. However, in the final analysis, they all come from raw data. After all, the original data are limited, so long as the primary data classification is grasped, the relative indicators and the average indicators You can combine applications flexibly. Therefore, this article focuses on discussing the classification of raw data to explore ways to improve the index system.
