为研究涎腺粘液表皮样癌高转移细胞的药物敏感性特点,应用MTT法测试了人涎腺粘液表皮样癌细胞系MEC-1以及从其中分离出的细胞亚系Mc、低转移细胞株Mcl、Mc2和高转移细胞株Mc3对15种药物的敏感性。5种细胞对15种药物的敏感性大体相似而又有差别。与M、Mc、Mcl、Mc2相比较,Mc3对阿霉素、表阿霉素、氟脲嘧啶、长春新碱、维甲酸、干扰素的敏感性较强,对阿糖胞苷、补骨脂素、尼莫通的敏感性较低。研究结果符合肿瘤异质性的规律。
