目的:探讨在我国药物经济学评价中构建和应用标准化疾病模型的方法和意义。方法:采用理论分析和定性阐述的方法。结果:在药物经济学评价中构建和使用标准化疾病模型是有可行的技术路线和方法的,建立这样的模型对提高药物经济学评价的效率、可信度都有重要的意义,但主要的挑战来自于基础数据的积累和整合。结论:在药物经济学评价中应用标准化疾病模型是必要且重要的,但必须克服数据障碍。
Objective: To explore the method and significance of constructing and applying standardized disease model in the evaluation of Chinese pharmacoeconomics. Methods: Using theoretical analysis and qualitative description of the method. Results: It is feasible technical route and method to construct and use standardized disease model in pharmacoeconomic evaluation. Establishing such a model is of great significance to improve the efficiency and reliability of pharmacoeconomic evaluation. However, the main challenges From the accumulation and consolidation of basic data. Conclusion: It is necessary and important to apply a standardized disease model in pharmacoeconomic evaluation, but data hurdles must be overcome.
