随着经济发展与人的发展的失衡及各种矛盾的凸显,社会对人的发展的关注度越来越高,建立以人的发展为导向的经济发展方式的要求日益迫切,经济发展亟需向以人的发展为目的转型。人的发展经济学作为近年来中国经济理论研究的新热点和新领域,其目的就是要探究经济发展中忽视人的发展的根源所在,促使经济发展回归到服务于人的发展的轨道,最终实现两者的同步协调发展。2011年7月16-17日,国内近40位专家学者在由《光明日报》光明网、《改革与战略》杂志社、首都师范大学政法学院联合主办的2011年人的发展经济学高端论坛上,就人的发展经济学的定义、理论基础或思想来源、研究对象、研究方法、学科建设及法律保障等人的发展经济学研究的核心问题进行广泛深入的探讨。从本期起,本刊将根据会议发言的录音整理刊发此次论坛六个专题和会议总结、学术总结内容。本期为人的发展经济学的定义专题。关于人的发展经济学的定义,与会者的观点主要集中在以下四个方面:人的发展经济学是关于人的发展与经济运动“相互关系”的规律的学说;人的发展经济学是探讨在特定的社会经济条件下,人的自身自由发展的内在规律,及其与经济社会发展相互关系规律的学说;人的发展经济学主要是研究社会经济生活、经济活动、经济行为、经济运行、经济发展与人的自由全面发展的关系;人的发展经济学要从中国的实际情况出发,研究中国人的发展及其与中国经济运动之间的关系。
