教学组织形式沿用普通教育课程平行开设的“大班制”模式,不符合专业技能学习的规律。必须进行“一对一”个性化授课教学模式改革。在广泛吸收多种课程体系的长处基础上,结合社会、企业单位、相关专业学生等因素的动态影响,最大限度地满足对应用型人才的要求,构建出更加科学、合理的“一对一”教学模式的课程体系,使学生个性的发展得到充分的发挥。
The form of teaching organization follows the mode of “big class system” set up in parallel with the general education curriculum, which does not accord with the law of professional skills learning.
