测定了替硝唑(TNZ)注射液对临床分离的126株厌氧菌和3株标准株的体外抗菌活性,并与甲硝唑(MNZ)注射液比较.结果证实,TNZ注射液对革兰氏阴性类杆菌和厌氧芽胞梭菌均显示很强的抗菌活性,其最小杀菌浓度(MBC)分别为0.05~0.20mg/L和0.10~0.39mg/L,与MNZ注射液相比差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).在106株革兰氏阳性无芽胞厌氧杆菌中,TNZ注射液仅对10株菌有杀菌作用,MBC为0.39~3.13mg/L,余96株菌均不敏感,其MBC均≥6.25mg/L;而MNZ注射液除1株外,余均不敏感.
In vitro antibacterial activity of tinidazole (TNZ) injection against 126 anaerobic bacteria and 3 standard strains isolated clinically was determined and compared with metronidazole (MNZ) injection.The results showed that TNZ injection against Gram- Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus anaerobic bacteria showed strong antibacterial activity with the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of 0.05-0.20 mg / L and 0.10-0.39 mg / L, respectively, which was significantly different from MNZ injection (P0.05) .In 106 strains of Gram-positive anaerobic bacteria, TNZ injection had bactericidal effect on only 10 strains, MBC was 0.39 ~ 3.13 mg / L, and the remaining 96 strains were not sensitive , The MBC were ≥ 6.25mg / L; MNZ injection except one, I am not sensitive.
