Testicular cancer is the highest incidence of cancer among young men. However, unlike other cancers, testicular cancer patients generally do not show symptoms, which has brought great difficulties in the prevention and treatment of testicular cancer. The study found that men with infertility and abnormal sperm count had a 20-fold higher risk of testicular cancer than other men. About half of the cases of testicular cancer that occur worldwide are seminoma. This number means that in 500 men with infertility or abnormal sperm count, one will have testicular cancer. Although this figure is small on the surface, it is enough to urge those who suffer from infertility or abnormal sperm count to visit the hospital regularly.
