吸烟是人癌的主要病因之一,对其遗传毒性效应虽有一些研究,但仍是一个争论的问题。以往采用的培养淋巴细胞染色体畸变,SCE和微核检测等方法,由于需要一定的实验条件,且程序较复杂。故研究样本较小;另一方面,流行病学研究表明,酒精是人类致癌的有效促进因子或辅助因子;而体外实验指出,绿茶提取物有拮抗香烟烟雾冷凝物的诱变作用,但两者均缺乏人体内的实验证据。因此,本文采用比较简便的人体微量指血微核测试检测健康吸烟者微核率的改变,并用配对资料分析的方法,分析习惯性饮酒,饮茶对吸烟者微核的影响。
