焊接生产对保证动力设备的出力和可靠性,不论从工作量或其意义来说,在苏联电力工程和电气化部的基建工作中,都占有重要的地位。电力建设中的焊接工作具有如下几个特点:焊接结构复杂,钢材牌号品种繁多(约30种);各类合金钢制品的比重大;焊接接头的质量要求高;手工焊接工作量大。这些特点对解决有关改进焊接生产工艺的问题就更复杂化了。
Welding production to ensure the power equipment output and reliability, both in terms of workload or its significance, in the Soviet Union’s electric power engineering and electrification of the infrastructure work, all occupy an important position. The welding work in electric power construction has the following characteristics: the welding structure is complex, the variety of steel grades is wide (about 30 kinds); the proportion of all kinds of alloy steel products is big; the quality of welded joints is high; and the manual welding is heavy. These features make it more complicated to solve the problem of improving the welding production process.
