变截面连续箱梁桥跨越能力大、造价经济,近年得到广泛应用,但建成后普遍出现腹板开裂,国内外虽进行了大量研究,但还没有统一认识。文章对某变截面连续箱梁建立的模型,计算分析结果与检测的裂缝分布及规律相符,指出设计中没有考虑箱梁的空间效应和箱内外温差是引起腹板开裂的主要原因。提出加固方案,分析了加固效果,可供同类桥参考。
The continuous girder bridge with variable cross section has great spanning capability and economy cost, and has been widely used in recent years. However, the web cracking generally occurs after the completion of the girder. Although a great deal of researches have been done at home and abroad, there is no unified understanding. In this paper, the model of a continuous box girder with variable cross section is established. The results of calculation and analysis are in accordance with the distribution and regularity of cracks detected. It is pointed out that the spatial effect of box girder and the temperature difference inside and outside the box are the main causes of web cracking. Proposed reinforcement program, analysis of the reinforcement effect, for similar bridge reference.
