中山区在“无线中山”建设基础上,针对民意反映渠道中存在的群众诉求受理推诿、解决问题时效性不强、监督评价不到位等问题,搭建起畅通民情诉求的区、街、社区三级“中山民情互连网”社会治理服务网络体系,反映人民群众各方面利益诉求,推动社会治理方式、化解矛盾工作机制、激发社会活力、实现政府治理与居民自治良性互动等方面的不断创新。
