目的:观察人工流产术后患者口服复方短效口服避孕药优思明(屈螺酮炔雌醇片)的疗效。方法:选择人工流产术后女性900例,随机分为3组。实验组(复方短效口服避孕药优思明+益母草胶囊组)术后口服优思明,每日睡前1片,共服用21 d。停药第8天开始下一周期,连服3个周期。同时口服益母草胶囊7 d,用法同中药组。中药组(益母草胶囊组)术后口服益母草胶囊,6粒1 d 3次,共服用7 d。对照组无辅助用药。3组患者术后服同剂量同时间的抗生素7 d。观察3组术后阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间、宫内残留、宫腔粘连及心理健康情况。结果:实验组术后阴道流血时间、月经复潮时间、术后宫腔粘连发生率、感染率,明显低于其它两组(P<0.05),而实验组心理恢复情况明显优于它组。结论:人工流产术后立即联合给予患者复方短效口服避孕药优思明可降低近期及远期并发症,促进患者提早康复,疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of oral administration of compound short-acting oral contraceptive Yasmin (drospirenone ethinyl estradiol) in patients after induced abortion. Methods: Nine hundred and seventy women after induced abortion were randomly divided into three groups. The experimental group (compound short-acting oral contraceptives Yasmin Ming + Motherwort capsule group) after oral administration of omethoate, a daily bedtime, taking a total of 21 d. On the eighth day to stop the next cycle, and even served three cycles. At the same time, Motherwort capsules orally for 7 days, the usage of traditional Chinese medicine group. Chinese medicine group (Leonurus capsule group) after oral administration of Leonurus capsules, 6 capsules 1 d 3 times, taking a total of 7 d. Control group without adjuvant medication. Three groups of patients with the same dose of antibiotics after 7 d. Three groups were observed postoperative vaginal bleeding time, menstrual resurgence time, intrauterine residue, intrauterine adhesions and mental health status. Results: The postoperative vaginal bleeding time, menstruation recuperation time, postoperative intrauterine adhesions incidence and infection rate were significantly lower than those in the other two groups (P <0.05). The psychological recovery of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the other two groups. Conclusion: The combined short-acting oral contraceptive Yousimin immediately after induced abortion can reduce the short-term and long-term complications and promote the early recovery of patients with significant effect, worthy of clinical application.
