【目的/意义】随着互联网技术的发展,社交网络中信息传播对人类生活的影响越来越大,政府在网络中的引导作用也日趋重要。【方法/过程】本文建立基于系统动力学的SIRS信息传播模型,对社交网络中信息的传播过程进行系统分析,通过绘制因果回路图,找出信息传播过程中各影响因素之间的关系;建立存量流量图,探索信息的传播规律。【结果/结论】利用Vensim PLE进行仿真模拟,结果表明:易感人群数量、观点碰撞度、感染比例、政府公信度、政府关注度以及丧失免疫力比例等因素对网络中信息的传播起到至关重要的作用,进而在此结论的基础上为相关政府部门提出相应的对策建议。
[Purpose / Significance] With the development of Internet technology, the influence of information dissemination in social networks on human life is becoming more and more important. The government’s guiding role in the network is also becoming more and more important. 【Method / Process】 This paper establishes SIRS information dissemination model based on system dynamics, systematically analyzes the process of information dissemination in social networks, and draws the causal circuit diagram to find out the relationship among the influencing factors in the process of information dissemination. Stock flow chart, to explore the law of information dissemination. [Results / Conclusion] The results of simulation using Vensim PLE showed that the number of susceptible population, the degree of impact of viewpoints, the infection rate, the government’s credibility, the government’s attention and the proportion of the loss of immunity played a significant role in the spread of information in the network Off the important role, and then on the basis of this conclusion for the relevant government departments to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
