采用聚集度指标的方法对麦长管蚜种群空间格局进行了初步研究,结果表明麦长管蚜在麦田中的分布为聚集分布,聚集与环境条件和麦蚜本身的聚集行为有关。在5月上旬和6月下旬,各有1个聚集高峰。聚集与扩散趋势呈周期性变化。提出根据公式λ=1.7156[-ln(1-p)]1.0921,由有虫株率估计麦蚜种群密度,并给出了以有虫株率来确定田间发生程度的序贯抽样图。
The results showed that the distribution of Aphis gossypii in wheat field was aggregated and distributed, which was related to the environmental conditions and the aggregation of wheat aphid itself.
