本文对高管团队背景特征对企业研发投入的影响加以考察,并在此基础上研究了高管激励对二者间关系的调节作用。通过对我国信息技术业上市公司的实证研究发现:高管团队背景特征中的平均年龄、受教育水平、输出型团队成员占比和企业研发投入存在相关性。股权激励和薪酬激励可以在一定程度上正向调节企业高管团队背景特征与企业研发投入二者间的关系。
This article examines the impact of executive team background characteristics on corporate R & D investment, and on this basis, studies the regulatory role of executive incentive on the relationship between the two. Through the empirical research on listed companies in China’s information technology industry, it is found that there is a correlation between the average age of the executive team background characteristics, education level, the proportion of output-based team members and the R & D investment of enterprises. To a certain extent, equity incentive and salary incentive can adjust the relationship between background characteristics of corporate executives and corporate R & D investment.
