该文是“多层式高压容器超压处理试验研究”和“多层高压容器存在间隙时的应力分析与计算程序”工作的继续。对一台摸拟多层实物容器进行了全面试验,定量测试了内压消除层间间隙的效果。认为多层容器的常规水压试验可以消除大部分间隙,故对层板贴合质量的要求,我国容器制造规范可以适当放宽;处理压力略高于Ps值可最有效的消除间隙;当多层圆筒的层间间隙超过某一值后,Ps趋于恒定,如果经过大于Ps的内压处理,则有近似相同的消除间隙效果。
This article is the continuation of “the research on overpressure treatment of multi-layer high-pressure vessel” and “the stress analysis and calculation procedure when multi-layer high-pressure vessel has gap”. A multi-layer physical simulation of a full test container, quantitative test of the effect of pressure to eliminate the gap between layers. It is considered that the conventional hydrostatic test of multi-layer container can eliminate most of the gaps, so the requirements of laminating quality can be relaxed properly. The treatment pressure is slightly higher than the Ps value to eliminate the gap most effectively. When the cylinder gap between layers exceeds a certain value, Ps tends to be constant, and if it is subjected to an internal pressure greater than Ps, there is approximately the same effect of canceling the gap.
