目的建立一种同时测定工作场所空气中铅、镉、铜、锌、铬及其化合物含量的方法。方法用微孔滤膜采集工作场所空气中金属及其化合物,5 mL浓硝酸做为消解液,加热消解,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法同时测定。结果方法在0.0μg/L~10.0μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数>0.999,最低检测浓度为0.00043~0.000 81 mg/m~3,精密度RSD在1.03%~3.98%之间,回收率89.0%~105.0%之间。结论该方法具有简便、快速、准确、线性范围宽、灵敏度高的优点,符合GBZ/T《职业卫生标准制定指南第4部分工作场所空气中化学物质测定方法》的要求,结果令人满意。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of lead, cadmium, copper, zinc, chromium and their compounds in the air of workplace. Methods The metal and its compounds in the air of the workplace were collected with a microporous membrane filter. 5 mL of concentrated nitric acid was used as a digestion solution, digested with heat and simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The results showed good linearity in the range of 0.0μg / L ~ 10.0μg / L with the correlation coefficient> 0.999, the lowest detection concentration was 0.00043 ~ 0.000 81 mg / m ~ 3 and the RSD of precision was between 1.03% ~ 3.98% Rate of 89.0% ~ 105.0% between. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple, rapid, accurate, wide linear range and high sensitivity, and meets the requirements of GBZ / T “Occupational Health Standard Setting Guide Part 4 Determination of Chemical Substances in the Air”. The results are satisfactory.
