某厂生产9SiCr钢是用电炉冶炼浇成20时方锭热送开坯的。钢坯表面裂纹多,修磨量大,平均精整面积开63.75%,有的炉次高达95%。 我们对9SiCr钢钢坯表面质量差的原因行进了分析研究,认为浇注工艺因素对钢坯表面质量影响很大,因此决定对已有的数据进行数理统计,统计了1980年1月—10月冶炼的161炉9SiCr钢。根据统计分析的结果,确定了较佳浇注工艺。按较佳浇注工艺控制
A factory production 9SiCr steel is cast by electric furnace smelting poured into the ingot hot 20 hours. Billet surface cracks and more grinding capacity, the average finishing area open 63.75%, and some as high as 95% of the furnace.
