银杏是存活最久的树木,主要分布在中国大陆,其果实为白果,用于定喘止咳。近年来银杏果作为抗衰老及改善微循环的新资源,目前临床应用不多,其制剂也未见报道。故将银杏果制成袋泡茶,观察其药理作用。1 银杏果抗自由基作用1.1 材料 银杏果袋泡茶:银杏果水煎煮,浓缩至含生药2g/ml。动物:SD大鼠,11月龄,由河南省实验动物中心提供。试剂:α-萘乙二胺盐酸盐,上海化学试剂厂生产,AR级,硫代巴比妥酸,瑞士产,研究用试剂级。SOD测定试剂盒。海军抗衰老研究中心提供。天宝宁
Ginkgo biloba is the longest-lived tree, mainly distributed in mainland China. Its fruit is ginkgo and is used for cough and expectoration. In recent years, Ginkgo biloba as a new resource for anti-aging and improving microcirculation has not been widely used clinically, and its preparation has not been reported.
