有效保护投资者的合法权益是我国证券市场繁荣发展的基石。证券市场上的中小投资者处于劣势地位,加之我国的证券市场尚不规范且企业筹资理念的错位,致使中小投资者权益经常遭受侵犯。本文从中小投资者应享有的监督权、知情权、受教育权和资产受益权等角度探讨对他们的权益保护问题,并提出了若干措施意见。
Effective protection of the legitimate rights and interests of investors is the cornerstone of the prosperity and development of China’s securities market. The small and medium-sized investors in the securities market are at a disadvantage. Besides, the non-standard securities market in China and the dislocation of the corporate financing concept have caused the infringement of the rights and interests of small and medium-sized investors. This article discusses the protection of rights and interests of small and medium-sized investors from the aspects of supervisory power, right to know, right to education and asset benefit, which should be enjoyed by small and medium-sized investors and puts forward some suggestions.
