环加氧酶2(COX-2)在肺癌中高表达并可打破机体的免疫平衡。单纯化疗过程中,肿瘤细胞对药物的不敏感性、某些化疗药物同时存在毒性反应及耐药性、单纯化疗药物作用于机体可能产生的不良反应等,都会使得机体免疫功能下降。针对以上特点,通过调节体内相应细胞因子白细胞介素(IL)10、IL-12、肿瘤坏死因子α、干扰素γ水平而发挥肿瘤免疫作用,探索COX-2抑制剂联合化疗的抗肿瘤效应,从而通过增强肺癌的免疫来提高肺癌治疗的疗效。
Cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2) is overexpressed in lung cancer and can disrupt the body’s immune balance. In the course of chemotherapy alone, the insensitivity of tumor cells to drugs, the simultaneous presence of toxic reactions and drug resistance of certain chemotherapeutic drugs, and adverse reactions that may occur when pure chemotherapeutic drugs act on the body may decrease the immune function of the body. In view of the above characteristics, tumor immunity is exerted by regulating the levels of interleukin (IL) 10, IL-12, TNF-α and IFN-γ in vivo and the anti-tumor effect of COX-2 inhibitor and chemotherapy is explored. Thereby enhancing the efficacy of lung cancer treatment by enhancing the immunity of lung cancer.
