主要用废钢和回炉铁,不使用生铁,经熔炼,孕育处理后,得到的合成铸铁是生产发动机缸体、缸盖类薄壁高强度灰铸铁铸件的材料之一。本文研究了合成铸铁的熔炼工艺、化学成份、金相组织、机械性能和铸造性能,并探讨了增碳剂、增硅剂等对合成铸铁的作用原理。实验结果表明,合成铸铁比用生铁熔炼的电炉灰铸铁性能要高,组织要好,比冲天炉熔炼的灰铸铁性能大致可提高一个牌号。
The main use of scrap and iron back, do not use pig iron, after smelting, inoculation, the resulting synthetic cast iron is the production of engine block, cylinder head of high-strength gray cast iron castings one of the materials. In this paper, the smelting technology, chemical composition, microstructure, mechanical properties and casting properties of synthetic cast iron were studied. The principle of action of carbon additive and silicon promoter on synthetic cast iron was also discussed. The experimental results show that the performance of synthetic cast iron is better than gray cast iron smelted by pig iron and the texture is better than that of gray cast iron melted by cupola.
