The true face of West Nile virus and its gene within the “core secret ” West Nile virus belongs to a species of flavivirus Arbovirus, single-stranded RNA virus, surrounded by icosahedral nuclear shell diameter of 21nm ~ 35nm round particles, outside the host cell membrane glycoprotein E, by a complete envelope protein E and membrane protein binding.
