对于中文期刊刊次号的编制,我国目前尚没有统一的方法,各图书馆自行其是,在一定程度上影响了期刊文献资源的充分利用。本文在分析了已有的主要几种刊次号编制法的优劣之后,提出了一种新的刊次号编制方法,即由地区号、刊名号和种次号所组成的编号方法,同时对同名期刊和更名期刊也提出了处理的办法,旨在对我国刊次号编制方法的统—起到推动和促进的作用。
For the preparation of the Chinese periodical issue number, there is no unified method in our country so far. Each library has its own influence, which has affected the full utilization of periodical literature resources to a certain extent. After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of some existing publication numbering methods, this paper proposes a new publication numbering method, that is, a numbering method consisting of area number, title number and seed number, Periodicals and renamed journals have also put forward ways to deal with them, aiming to promote the promotion of China’s publication numbering system.
