给出了准稳态情况下强激光烧蚀碳氢靶的实验结果,并与理论定标关系进行对比。实验中采用晶体谱仪时间积分和X射线条纹相机同时获取碳氢平面靶强激光烧穿厚度和烧穿时间。采用基频光大能量注入,大焦斑(400μm),光束经列阵透镜均匀化后,烧蚀碳氢平面靶,Ia≈0.55×1014W/cm2,晶体谱仪获得的结果是m=2×105g/cm2s,X射线条纹相机获得的结果是m=1.35×105g/cm2s,p=1.6×1012Pa。并与收集到的国外数据进行了比较,在误差范围一致。
The experimental results of strong laser ablation of carbon target under quasi-steady state are given and compared with the theoretical calibration. In the experiment, the time integral of the crystal spectrometer and the X-ray streak camera were simultaneously used to obtain the thickness and the burn-through time of the strong laser of the hydrocarbon plane target. After the large focal spot (400μm) was injected by the fundamental frequency light energy, the beam was ablated by the array lens and ablated hydrocarbon plane target, Ia ≈0.55 × 1014W / cm2. The result obtained by the crystal spectrometer was m = 2 × 10 5 g / cm 2 s, the result obtained with the X-ray streak camera is m = 1.35 × 10 5 g / cm 2 s, p = 1.6 × 10 12 Pa. And compared with the collected foreign data, in the same error range.
