研究物料在筛分过程中的运动状况及对筛分机理的探讨,是合理设计端分设备的理论基础。本文从这一观点出发,抓住旧砂筛分过程矛盾的特殊性,提出“必要的透筛初速度”的概念,寻求提高筛分设备单位面积生产率的途径。并且通过试验测得对应于“必要的透筛初速度”时的筛分特性值的垂直分量Kv值为1.6~2.0,及在此Kv值时筛分设备单位面积的生产率q_(max)=110米~3/时·米~2。从而为设计直线定向振动筛提供了重要的数据。
Studying the movement of materials during the screening process and the discussion of the screening mechanism are the theoretical bases for the rational design of end-point equipment. From this point of view, this paper seizes the particularity of contradictions in the process of sieving old sand and puts forward the concept of “the necessary initial velocity of permeating through sieves” and seeks ways to improve the productivity per unit area of screening equipment. And the value of the vertical component Kv corresponding to the value of the screening property at the time of the “necessary initial speed of the preliminary screen-pass” was found to be 1.6 to 2.0 and the productivity of the screening equipment per unit area q max = 110 M ~ 3 / h · m ~ 2. This provides important data for the design of linear-oriented shale shakers.
