空腹时不要吃柿子。空腹吃柿子对胃很不好,容易引起胃黏膜充血、水肿、糜烂、溃疡,严重者可造成胃穿孔。吃柿子时,避开高蛋白的食品,比如蟹、鱼、虾等食物。因为高蛋白食品会跟柿子里的某些物质发生反应,容易形成胃柿石。吃柿子要削皮。柿子皮里含有大量的酸性物质,如果因为懒惰不去皮就把柿子吃掉,会对我们的胃造成伤害,而且果皮很容易残留农药,所以吃柿子还是去皮比较科学。柿子和海带不能一起同食,否则容易导致胃肠道不适。
