哈里·戴蒙德研究所已为M734多用途引信研制了低成本、易生产的涡轮交流发电机,到1983年7月已生产750000台。利用这一技术成果,哈里·戴蒙德研究所已具备了生产同类涡轮交流发电机的能力,可满足其它迫弹、炸弹及炮弹引信用电源的各种要求。本报告讨论了这些引信用涡轮交流发电机的设计特点。内容包括:起动速度选择;在弹丸高速时限制轴转速以增加轴承寿命;利用高能钐—钴磁铁使输出电能增加;以及加强其设计,以适应火炮环境等。
The Harley Diamond Institute has developed low-cost, easy-to-manufacture turbo-alternators for the M734 multi-purpose fuze and has produced 750,000 units by July 1983. Using this technical achievement, the Harley Diamond Institute already has the ability to produce the same type of turbo alternator to meet the various requirements of other sources of bombs, bombs and artillery fuses. This report discusses the design features of these fuze turbine alternators. Include: start speed selection; limit the shaft speed in the projectile speed to increase the bearing life; the use of high-energy samarium-cobalt magnet to increase the output power; and strengthen its design to adapt to artillery environment.
