In 1957, the deputy director of the Technical Committee of the Ministry of Electric Power Industry, Bao Guobao, visited the French Ministry of Electric Power, Deputy Director of Research F.Cahen during his examination in Paris. We hereby record the opinions on the transmission voltage level issued by the Engineer of F. Garn for reference. Transmission voltage level should not be too much, preferably not more than four. From the point of view of design, considering the higher number of stages, the most economical choice can be made for the voltage of each line; however, considering the manufacturing equipment, the voltage level should not be too high. And the line load is constantly growing.
