本文报道用合成多肽 Bz-Ty-PABA 口服法进行胰腺外分泌功能试验的结果.健康对照组30人,病人组82人。口服500毫克 Bz-Ty-PABA 6小时后,尿中 PABA 回收率的正常值低限为59%(M-2SD)。5例胰腺癌,13例慢性胰腺炎中10例,13例疑似慢性胰腺炎中8例,10例胰腺手术后病人中3例的 PABA 回收率均明显低于59%.9例急性胰腺炎恢复期者均正常。14例肝脏病中1例有肝肾综合征者,其回收率仅16.32%,1例有腹水者稍低于正常值(53.81%),其余12例肝病和18例其他疾病者均属正常.结论认为本试验对评价胰外分泌功能障碍有帮助,其方法简便,值得在临床上推广应用.
This article reports the results of pancreatic exocrine function test using the synthetic peptide Bz-Ty-PABA oral method, 30 healthy control group, 82 patients. After 6 hours of oral administration of 500 mg of Bz-Ty-PABA, the normal lower limit of PABA recovery in urine was 59% (M-2SD). 5 cases of pancreatic cancer, 13 cases of chronic pancreatitis in 10 cases, 13 cases of suspected chronic pancreatitis in 8 cases, 10 cases of pancreatic surgery in 3 cases of PABA recovery were significantly lower than 59% .9 cases of acute pancreatitis recovery Period are normal. One of the 14 cases of liver disease had hepatorenal syndrome, the recovery rate was only 16.32%. One case of ascites was slightly lower than normal (53.81%). The remaining 12 cases of liver disease and 18 cases of other diseases were normal. Conclusion This experiment is helpful to evaluate pancreatic exocrine dysfunction and its method is simple and worthy of clinical application.
