根据细长压杆稳定性原理 ,通过力学计算分析方法对 2起美国 FISHER公司 667型气动减压阀阀杆弯曲的原因做了分析和论证 ,结论与实际检验结果相符。揭示了阀杆弯曲的实质 ,并对此类阀门的装配提出了严格的要求 ,为预防气动阀门阀杆弯曲提供了一定的理论参考 ,弥补了国内关于进口气动薄膜调节阀或减压阀装配说明的不足。
According to the principle of slender strut stability, the causes of bending of valve stem of 667 aerodynamic pressure-reducing valve from FISHER Co., Ltd. in the United States were analyzed and proved by mechanical calculation and analysis method. The conclusion is consistent with the actual test results. Reveals the essence of the valve stem bending, and sets strict requirements on the assembly of such valves. It provides some theoretical references for preventing the valve stem of the pneumatic valve from bending, and makes up the domestic instructions on the installation of pneumatic diaphragm regulating valves or pressure reducing valves Insufficient.
