本文运用有限元分析原理,将卫生技术车辆基型车身简化为以薄壁梁单元为主的空间骨架梁结构模型,运用 CV公司 Stresslab软件对该骨架模型进行了静力学分析计算,通过对其变形及应力分布的结果分析,检验了卫生技术车辆车身骨架结构的刚强度,同时为车身造型的进一步优化设计提供了理论参考依据。
In this paper, the principle of finite element analysis is used to simplify the base body of hygienic technology vehicle to the structure model of the space skeleton beam with thin-walled beam element. The static stress analysis and calculation of the skeleton model are carried out by using CV Stresslab software. Distribution of the results of the test to test the body structure of health technology vehicle body rigid structure, while the shape of the body to further optimize the design provides a theoretical reference.
