本文提出一种不加任何补偿机构就可以提高齿轮加工精度的方法。这就是在滚齿机上用有差动法加工具有任何齿数的直齿圆柱齿轮。经实验证明用这种方法加工可使较难解决的小周期误差减少40%。
This paper presents a method that can improve the precision of gear machining without any compensation mechanism. This is a straight gear with any number of teeth on a hobbing machine with a differential method. Experiments show that this method of processing can make it more difficult to solve the small cycle error reduced by 40%.
