本文对现阶段图书情报业的现状进行了探讨,指出以“书”为本的图书情报一体化是图书情报工作停滞不前的主要原因,提出以“人”为本才是图书情报业面向科研,面向经济,面向市场发展的根本出路。为此,要改变现有的图书情报教育模式,增加高层次专业人员的教育。在职称评定中,要防止单纯的以图书情报学术水平为标准的业务考核,再兼顾其科研成果和专业学术论著。
This article probes into the status quo of library and information industry at this stage and points out that the integration of library and information based on “book ” is the main reason for the stagnation of library and information work. It is proposed that “people” Intelligence industry for scientific research, economic oriented, market-oriented development of the fundamental way out. To this end, we must change the existing library and information education model to increase the education of high-level professionals. In the assessment of professional titles, it is necessary to prevent pure business assessment based on academic standards of library and information services, taking into account the scientific achievements and professional academic works.
